01 The UI/UX audit

Your app works. It just loses people.

No call, no workshop, no redesign pitch. A designer walks your real flows the way a stranger does, then hands you an annotated, prioritized fix list your engineers can act on. Takes us longer than 10 days? You pay nothing.

In the checkout, pick the UI/UX audit (€490) offering. You get a personal confirmation the same working day; the clock starts once payment and a working link to your app are confirmed. No report within 10 calendar days: every cent back.

Card works inside PayPal, no account needed. Bigger than one app, or want an invoice? Write to us before you pay.

This is an expert design review of your live flows, not user testing. Details in the FAQ and the full audit terms.

02 How it works

Three steps, one clock.

1

Pay the fixed €490

Checkout via PayPal, card works too, no account needed. Pick the UI/UX audit (€490) inside the checkout. Prefer an invoice or have a question first? Write to us instead.

Send us your app

Reply to the receipt or use the contact form: your deployed URL, a test login if signup is gated, who your users are, and the one number that hurts (drop-off, refunds, support tickets). We confirm receipt, and that confirmation starts the clock. NDA on request.

Report in a week

An annotated, prioritized report on your real flows: what loses people, why, and the concrete fix, written so engineering can act on it without a designer on staff. Plus a fine-as-is list of what to leave alone. Yours to keep either way.

§ What gets walked

Five flows, the way a stranger meets them.

Not a heuristic checklist run from orbit. Sanya goes through your app as a new user on desktop and phone, screenshots what fights her, and writes down the fix next to each one. See exactly what the report looks like before you pay.

First run & onboarding

What a stranger sees in the first 60 seconds. Where they stall, what they misread, what they never find.

Signup to activation

Every field, screen, and confirmation between "interested" and "using it". Each extra step is measured against what it costs you.

Checkout & paywall

Where money changes hands: pricing comprehension, trust signals, error recovery when a card fails.

Empty & error states

The screens nobody designed: first-visit emptiness, failed loads, dead ends. Usually where "it feels broken" lives.

Mobile reality

The same flows on a phone, where most first visits happen. Tap targets, keyboards, things that hide below the fold.

03 Who you're paying

A named designer, checkable work.

Sanya Madre runs every UI/UX audit herself, no outsourcing. She designs the studio's own products and client work; see the design page and selected work before you pay. Mradul Tripathi covers the engineering side, which is why the fixes come written for engineers, not as a mood board. Etherlabz IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., registered in India, working with founders across the EU and US.

“Communication was clear, consistent, and highly responsive, making collaboration smooth and efficient.”

04 FAQ

The fine print, answered.

When does the clock start?

At our written confirmation that payment and a working link to your app (plus a test login if signup is gated) have both arrived. The report usually lands well inside a week.

What happens if you're late?

If no report lands within 10 calendar days of confirmation, you get every cent back.

What counts as one audit?

One app, one core journey set: the five flows above. A second product, a two-sided marketplace, or a full design-system review needs a written quote first, so write to us before paying.

Is this user testing?

No. It is an expert design review of your live flows by a named designer, not moderated user testing and not an A/B program. A clean result is still a deliverable: the report ends with a fine-as-is list of what we checked and you can leave alone.

Which checkout option do I pick?

The PayPal checkout is shared with our security audit: pick the UI/UX audit (€490) offering inside it. Card works, no PayPal account needed. Prefer an invoice? Write to us instead.

Does the €490 credit toward anything?

No. The report is the product: a week of a designer walking your real flows and writing up the fixes. Follow-on design or engineering work is priced on its own. Paid but have not sent a link yet and changed your mind? Full refund on request.

The contractual version of all of this lives in the audit terms.
