02 Why pay monthly

You are buying fewer bad weeks.

A WordPress site left alone degrades: plugins drift out of date, a update breaks something at the worst hour, backups turn out to be from March. Every one of those is cheap to prevent and expensive to fix at 11pm. The plan is us doing the boring preventive work every month so the emergency never books itself.

Who does the work: the founders. Mradul Tripathi runs the engineering, Sanya Madre the design, with a small team behind them. No ticket queue, no anonymous "maintenance guy" who vanishes mid-contract; you know the names, and the about page shows the faces.

If your site genuinely does not need this (static brochure, nothing at stake, technical owner), we will say so on the first call. We would rather have you buy one audit you needed than twelve months you did not.

03 FAQ

The fine print, answered.

Does monitoring catch a broken contact form, or just downtime?

At Care ($99), monitoring covers uptime, SSL and security signals: the site being down or compromised. From Care+ up, we also monitor the flows that make you money: a submission check on your key form (or checkout, on Commerce Care), so a form that silently stops delivering gets caught by us, not by a month of missing leads. If one specific flow IS your business, say so at onboarding and that is the one we watch.

Who actually does the work, and what are your hours?

The two founders, Mradul (engineering) and Sanya (design), with a small team behind them; your site has a named person, not a ticket queue. Business hours are IST, overlapping European mornings and US early hours. Monitoring runs 24/7; overnight alerts are handled at the start of the next working day. Guaranteed off-hours response is a Custom Care conversation.

What does "updates tested on staging" actually mean?

We keep a staging copy of your site, apply updates there first, click through the pages that matter (checkout included, on Commerce Care), and only then update production. The WordPress horror story is the auto-update that took checkout down on a Friday night; the whole point of the plan is that this never happens to you.

What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked while on a plan?

Monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice, and we respond inside business hours at every tier, with priority handling from Care+ up. A hack on our watch with hardening in place is on us to clean up. Sites arriving in unknown shape start with the $399 security audit so the plan begins from a clean baseline.

How do the development hours work?

Care+ includes 2 hours a month, Commerce Care 4. Use them for small features, content changes, bug fixes, whatever fits. Unused hours do not roll over (that is what keeps the price where it is), and bigger jobs get quoted separately at plan-holder priority.

Can I pay annually?

Yes: pay for 10 months, get 12. Ask when you sign up and we send the annual link.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Month to month, cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period. The first month includes onboarding (access setup, staging, baseline checks), so plans make sense from month two onward; there is no penalty either way.

My site was built by someone else. Can you still care for it?

Almost always yes. We do a short onboarding review of the stack when the plan starts; if the site needs rescue-level work before a plan makes sense (it happens), we say so and point at the fixed-price offer that fits instead of billing monthly for a losing battle.
