01 WooCommerce builds

For stores that outgrew the template.

Custom product logic, real integrations, and performance that survives a sale day. Builds from $3,000, rebuilds and replatforms priced fixed after one scoping call.

Store just slow rather than outgrown? That is the $699 Store Rescue, one week, no rebuild.

02 What a build covers

What you get.

  1. 01

    Custom product logic

Variable products that off-the-shelf variants cannot express: bundles, measurements, per-role pricing, quote-to-order flows. If your team quotes by email today, this is where that stops.

  2. 02

A theme built for your store

Custom theme or a rebuild of the one you have, from a real design. Fast by default, block-editor friendly, no page-builder lock-in. Site-only builds (no store) start at $2,500.

  3. 03

    Integrations and plumbing

ERP, CRM, payment gateways, shipping, invoicing. The unglamorous glue that makes a store run a business instead of just taking cards.

  4. 04

    Performance that holds

Core Web Vitals treated as a requirement, not a launch-day surprise. The same discipline the $699 Store Rescue applies to broken stores, built in from day one.

  5. 05

    Migration without drama

Rebuilds and replatforms onto WooCommerce: catalog, customers, order history, SEO redirects. Old site stays live until the new one has proven itself on staging.

Selling made-to-order with dimensions and live pricing? That is its own discipline: see product configurators. Need the store headless with a Next.js frontend? See headless builds.

03 Proof you can check

Our WooCommerce code is public.

Client stores are private; our plugins are not. Intercom Sync for WooCommerce (customer sync, cart recovery, AI order lookup) and Headless Bridge show exactly how we structure WordPress code before you spend anything. The configurator demo runs live. On a scoping call we walk you through builds relevant to yours, and references are available for serious engagements.

“Communication was clear, consistent, and highly responsive, making collaboration smooth and efficient.”

04 FAQ

Fine print.

What does a build actually cost?

WooCommerce builds start at $3,000; most land between $4,000 and $15,000 depending on catalog complexity, integrations, and how much custom logic the products need. A rebuild for a B2B store with quoting and ERP glue sits at the upper end. You get a fixed number after a scoping call, and it stays fixed.

We have a live store doing revenue. How does a rebuild work without downtime?

The new build runs on staging against a copy of your data while the old store keeps trading. Launch is a planned cutover with the old site held as rollback: DNS-level switch, redirects tested, orders reconciled. Nobody rebuilds in place on a store taking money.

Can you show us a store you have built?

Client stores are private, and we would rather say that than dress up a demo as a case study. What you can inspect today: our WooCommerce plugins are maintained in the open on GitHub, the configurator engine has a public demo, and on a scoping call we walk you through relevant builds in detail. References available for serious engagements.

Who does the work, and what happens after launch?

The founders, with a small team behind them; the engineering founder owns every build personally. After launch: documented handover, or a Care Plan (Commerce Care at $399/mo covers checkout monitoring and plugin-conflict testing) if you want us to keep operating it.

Tell us what the store needs to do.

One scoping call, then a fixed number in writing. If we are the wrong size for it, we say so on the call.
