Questions worth answering up front
Why are these prices visible? Most agencies hide them.
Hidden prices waste both our time. If €1,500 for an audit isn't in your budget, you're not who we're built for, and we'd rather you know that on the pricing page than after a 30-minute call.
Is this hourly?
No, except for change requests inside an active engagement (€45/hr). Audits and sprints are fixed price. Full builds are a band because scope varies; the band tightens to a fixed number after the audit.
What about smaller jobs?
Smaller engagements start at €499. Quick scripts, one-off WooCommerce fixes, plugin tweaks, a Next.js component you need shipped — we're happy to take those. Reach out on Discord, email, LinkedIn, or live chat (all on the contact page) and tell us what you need; we'll come back with a fixed price within a working day. The €1,500 audit minimum applies to configurator-scope work specifically.
Where are you based, what currency, and what about VAT?
Etherlabz IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is registered in India. We invoice in EUR for European clients (without VAT — reverse-charge) and USD/INR elsewhere. Tax handling is normal; we'll spell it out in the contract.
Non-competes and IP?
We honor strict non-competes — we won't take a client who competes with one of yours in the same geography. IP transfers to you on payment, with the standard carve-outs for general-purpose tools and know-how.
I want to see real code before we sign anything. Where is it?
Three of our plugins live publicly on github.com/EtherLabZ — Headless Bridge (the per-post stylesheet manifest + normalized SEO plumbing every headless team rebuilds), Simple Post Types (a tidy admin UI for custom post types), and Intercom Sync for WooCommerce. Pull the source, read the issues, run them locally. That's the most honest preview of how we engineer; client work itself stays under NDA.
