03 Where we stand on AI mockups

AI is a tool. The work is still the work.

Plain version: we use AI inside design discovery, we don't ship AI screenshots as deliverables, and we ship the engineering ourselves so the design survives reality.

An AI screenshot is not a design system. It’s a moodboard with a syntax error. The work that matters is decisions about hierarchy, density, motion, contrast, and engineering-ability, not the pixels themselves.

That’s the moat. A design we hand to ourselves to build is a design that survives reality: tokens, responsive breakpoints, real data, edge cases. Most agencies hand off and pray.

Questions design buyers ask

How much does UI/UX or brand design cost?

Our prices are public: a single page is from €699 (48 hours), and brand & product design runs €1,500–4,500 per piece; a brand sprint is €2,500. 15% off when bundled with a build.

Do you hand off Figma files or working code?

Both, depending on the tier. Every engagement hands off high-fidelity Figma plus design tokens engineering can build against; on single-page work we can also build and ship it live, because the same studio writes the code.

Do you use AI in your design process?

Inside discovery, yes: concept exploration, references, copy variants. We don't ship AI mockups as deliverables: an AI screenshot is not a design system, and the decisions that matter (hierarchy, density, motion, buildability) are still the work.

Can the same team build what it designs?

Yes, that's the point of the studio. Lavana went from our design to an open-source theme you can fork and run today, and the engineering side ships micro-SaaS, mobile, and ecom builds.
