01 The Store Rescue
We fix slow WooCommerce stores in one week.
$699 fixed. One WooCommerce store, one week, fixes implemented, not a PDF telling you to hire someone. If your Core Web Vitals are not measurably better afterward, you pay nothing.
Most agencies charge $500 to $1,500 for the diagnosis alone and hand you a report. We charge $699 and hand you a faster store.
Not sure this is your problem? Send the URL anyway. The triage is free, takes you 30 seconds, and we answer plainly, including "your store is fine".

The top 3 things costing you sales
URL and email, nothing else. A human runs the first-pass diagnosis we use on paid rescues and writes you one useful email within 24 hours on working days.
Got it. Check your inbox within 24 hours (working days). No follow-up sequence, no sales calls. One useful email.

03 What the $699 buys
What you get.
- 01
Core Web Vitals diagnosis and fixes
LCP, INP, CLS measured on your real templates: home, category, product, cart, checkout. Then fixed: images, caching, scripts, fonts, whatever your store actually needs.
- 02
Checkout flow review
We walk your checkout like a customer on a phone with a mid airport wifi. Broken validation, surprise fields, dead payment buttons, shipping surprises: found and fixed.
- 03
Plugin-conflict resolution
The classic Woo failure: 40 plugins, three of them fighting. We isolate the conflicts, remove or replace the offenders, and document what went and why.
- 04
Fixes implemented
This is the difference. Most speed audits end with a PDF telling you what someone should do. Ours ends with the work done and the numbers to prove it.

free · 24hBook the rescue: $699 fixed
One WooCommerce store, one week. We need wp-admin access and (ideally) hosting or SFTP access; we work on staging where your host provides it and tell you before anything touches production.
$699Fixes implemented, not described
Core Web Vitals diagnosis, checkout flow review, plugin-conflict resolution, and the fixes done in your store. You get before/after numbers from PageSpeed Insights and a short write-up of every change we made.
1 week05 Who you're paying
Who does the work.
Etherlabz builds and maintains WooCommerce plugins in the open: Intercom Sync for WooCommerce (customer sync, cart recovery, AI order lookup) and Headless Bridge (WordPress as a headless CMS). Read the code before you hand us wp-admin. The founders do the work themselves: no ticket queue, no offshore relay.
One store at a time, one week each. That is why the price can be fixed.
“Communication was clear, consistent, and highly responsive, making collaboration smooth and efficient.”

06 FAQ
Fine print.
What does "measurably faster or free" mean exactly?
We benchmark your store before we start (PageSpeed Insights, mobile, your key templates) and again after. If the Core Web Vitals numbers have not measurably improved, you pay nothing. We put the before/after numbers in the handover, so neither side has to argue about it.
What access do you need?
A wp-admin account (administrator) and hosting access where possible: SFTP or your host panel. We work on staging when your host offers it. Every change is listed in the handover, and we never touch orders or customer data beyond what checkout testing requires.
Can my live store break while you work on it?
We take a full backup (files and database) before any change. Work happens on staging where your host provides it; otherwise changes go in one at a time in an agreed window, each one reversible, with the backup as the floor. Stores taking orders get a change window, and a freeze on your sale days. If anything misbehaves we restore and tell you what happened.
What counts as one store?
One WooCommerce installation on one domain. Custom themes are fine (that is most stores we see). A multisite network, a second storefront, or a headless frontend on top counts as more and needs a quote first. Write to us before paying and we quote it properly.
When do I pay, and how does the refund work?
You pay the $699 to book the week; the benchmark numbers are taken before we touch anything and again at handover, both from PageSpeed Insights on the same templates. If the after numbers are not better than the before numbers, you say so at handover and the fee comes back in full. No claim forms, no argument: the numbers are in the report we both look at.
Can you fix my checkout conversion too?
The checkout flow review covers the mechanical killers: errors, dead buttons, forced account creation, surprise costs surfacing too late. Deeper conversion work (copy, trust, layout testing) is the UX audit, which pairs well with this and costs €490.
My store is fine but my host is terrible. Will this still help?
Sometimes the right answer after triage is "move hosts first". That is exactly what the free triage is for: we tell you before you spend $699, not after. If hosting is the bottleneck we say so and help you pick, and the rescue fee stays in your pocket until it can actually pay off.
What happens after the week?
You get the change log, the before/after numbers, and a short list of what to watch. If you want us to keep it fast, that is what the Care Plans are for, from $99/mo. No pressure; the rescue stands on its own.
Checkout UX going deeper than mechanics? The €490 UI/UX audit covers flows, copy and trust. Site hacked instead of slow? That is the security page.
